SHIPPING POLICY
We want to make your online shopping experience as quick and easy as possible. To this end we've devised a range of delivery options to ensure convenience and choice.
DESPATCH
Orders received by 03.00 pm AEST will usually be dispatched the following business day. On occasion and due to high demand, this may increase to 3 business days (or more) after your order has been placed. Our warehouse team processes orders as fast as possible and, in these unprecedented times, we ask for your patience.
If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note despatch ETA times (as referenced above) will begin from the next working day. For tracked shipments once a tracking number has been sent your order will be marked as despatched. Please allow 12 hours for the consignment number to register in the courier’s tracking system.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia. Unfortunately, there are certain remote locations that we are unable to deliver to. These include overseas or to Australian islands off the mainland except for Tasmania.
SHIPPING
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $24.5 on all parcels Australia wide (that fit the Australia Post weight and dimension guidelines) using tracked services of Australia Post or TNT. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 9 business days.
BULKY ITEMS
Orders that weigh over 40kg or are bulky may be subject to an additional delivery fee. Our Customer Service Team will contact you prior to shipment. Our team will assist with a freight quotation.
Shipping of bulky goods are fully tracked with our tracking numbers, and you will be able to follow your parcel closely.
SOFTWARE & SERVICES
Software purchased via digital download, online training, safe work method statements, and most online services do not incur delivery fees.
